In recent months we found reviews left supposedly by customers for several companies in Yuma Az  and SanDiego Ca but when we did a little digging and google cross referencing  the names of those leaving the reviews for these companies, we found a stock pile of reviews left by people directly associated with those companies such as employees, sales reps and even the owner of one company leaving a positive review for himself as if he was a customer of his own business. 1- Anyone or any company who has to go around claiming “ we’re the best in town” those are the guys who are usually the worst in town. A solid company doesn’t need to continuously throw around how great they are and boast about themselves. In fact most of the best companies in town keep fairly quiet and earn their business by just being honest and doing the job right the first time. A great job usually turns into many referrals by the happy customer.

2-Companies who claim “ Cheapest in town” or  “We beat any price in town”  The simple fact is every solar company is getting their equipment from the same big national suppliers with the same warranties and same pricing. Being the cheapest in town usually only means they’ve cut every corner possible and do the job as cheaply as possible using the cheapest equipment and in many cases leaving you with a mess to deal with down the road.

3- Companies with sales pitches. Ever feel like you have to buy something just to get the sales guy out of your living room ? That because 99% of sales companies use high pressure sales tactics in order to get you to buy their product. From slide shows to power point presentations they just hammer you and over load you with the “ buy today” “ special ends today”  “ if you don’t buy from us you’ll probably be sorry”  this is what we call “” The smoke and mirrors show ““

4-Offerings of free gifts, free add-on’s that just sound to good to be true.
Just recently we ran across a home owner who bought his solar system from another company who promised him a free Air conditioner, a free 70inch plasma tv and said they would even throw in $2,000.00 to cover his solar payments for a year and a half and a $500.00 Visa card, needless to say once the solar was installed the sales man was long gone and there would be no new air conditioner and the customer ended up leaving a very negative review on the installers online profile.
